🌸 Hi, I’m Stephanie 💁♀️ Founder of @salonbloomf – hairstylist, mentor, educator, and proud girl mom.
🎀 Raised by a strong single mama, I became a mom myself at 20. At 22, with a 2-year-old on my hip and a dream in my heart, I walked into hair school ready to change our lives.
✨ Fast forward 11 years… I’ve worked behind the chair every step of the way, and in 2021 I opened @salonbloomf to focus on my true loves: blonding, balayage & extensions
✨ What started with just me and an assistant turned into something so much bigger… and now Salon Bloom is a space where stylists can grow, learn, and shine!
✨ I discovered I LOVE mentoring—teaching advanced techniques, service standards, money management, credit building, photography, and social media marketing. This industry has my heart, and so does my team.
💕 You’ll still catch me behind the chair on Tuesdays, but the rest of my week is spent leading one-on-one trainings, supporting my team, researching the latest extension techniques, and making sure every Bloom Babe has the tools to thrive.
💼 No toxic salon energy here. Just a safe, supportive space for women to grow & glow together. ✨
